Veristat and Contract Research Organization Strategic Partnerships

As a Contract Research Organization it is important to build partnerships with industry leaders to enhance services. One of Veristat’s key alliances is with Phase Forward.  Starting back in 2006 Veristat began to build our partnership by adopting Phase Forward’s EDC system, InForm.  By 2007 Veristat had achieved full enterprise adoption of the InForm database.  This move, combined with our strategic partnership, allows Veristat to provide significant cost savings while providing industry leading CRO data management services.

As we move forward with our alliance Veristat has also become a member of the Phase Forward CRO Advantage program. In addition to offering the InForm EDC system, Veristat also partners with Phase Forward using their WebSDM software in support of our CDISC Implementation services and the new IRT system for randomization and trial supply management.

Clinical Research Organizations on Self Directed Teams

Veristat has recently implemented a new business structure to more efficiently organize its employees.  Joining other large corporations in adapting this structure, Veristat, a full service Contract Research Organization, has moved toward a self directed team model.  A self directed team structure allows Veristat to have an open communication line to our clients through multiple channels, making sure their needs in regard to clinical monitoring, data management, biostatistics and medical writing can be met as requested.

Through research on the web Veristat only found discussions among larger companies about this change and its impact and knew it was important for other companies thinking of implementing this change to see how a mid-sized company utilizes this structure.
